The kiln is loaded at Meadows Bee Farm Ceramics Studio! It’s the last bisque fire in preparation for Empty Bowls Townshend. Artisans will glaze their wares before returning them to the kiln for a second high temp glaze - in time for you to select a locally handcrafted bowl at the February 27th event, Empty Bowls Townshend, 5-7 p.m. at Townshend Church. We’re saving a bowl for you! It’s up to you to save the date! Registration begins February 13th.

Wren Watts, community member, loyal postal worker and miniature figurine artist is shifting her focus to bowl making for Empty Bowls Townshend. Wouldn’t you agree, we all need to eat? Even dragons get hungry!
Join Wren at the Meadows Bee Farm Ceramics Studio in the next few weeks and you may make a bowl for Empty Bowls Townshend, too! Leigh Merinoff is waiving fees for those who make an Empty Bowl. Studio is open 5-8 on Wednesdays and Sundays. Come create!
